Marian Sensenig

The reason I started to attend WUMC is because my husband went there before we met. I followed him there and learned that this church worships Jesus like I believed in. So just attending was not enough for me. I became a member and love the messages, support and the Jesus growth active in members there. You may grow with us!

Lisa Rutter

I had been attending another church but just felt like I was missing something. I knew my walk with the Lord was not what it should be. My cousin Kelly kept inviting me to Wesley so one Sunday I decided to visit. I have been here ever since. The Bible Studies small groups and fellowship was just what I needed to grow in my walk. There is one other reason that I know that Wesley is the place for me. My husband only went to church with me on special occasions. He also visited Wesley and now attends with me every week - I am so blessed!

Steve and Charlotte Elinsky

Charlotte and I are moved by the caring people of Wesley. It emanates from the pulpit, with Pastor Blake and others, led by the Holy Spirit, preaching the true and complete Word of God, from the Bible. John 14:26, “But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Through prayer, with sincerity of voice and actions, we unite together in Christian fellowship. In Jesus name we pray and share our spiritual gifts. Hallelujah!

end Wesley because I had been visiting churches for a few years, tying to find some place that I felt I could grow and feel comfortable, fit in so to speak. I was welcomed at the door and the congregation is so friendly and kind. Blake brings everything right down to you so that you can understand what he is teaching. I enjoy the fellowship there. Next thing I know I am joining bible studies with other women and now I am getting involved with other areas to serve the Lord. Wesley is just what the Lord had planned for me.

Terry Tucker

When I was searching for a church, the moment I stepped foot into Wesley, I knew that this was where God intended for me to be! I cannot say even say that it was anything specific that made me feel that way, it was just a feeling that I got every time I walked through the doors. Now 11 years later, thanks to the teachings here and the ministry opportunities, my faith has grown in a way that I never dreamed possible!

Tawn Battiste

As I entered Wesley church, my intention was just to "visit"; afterall, I was not necessarily unhappy at my current church. But upon walking through the doors, I "felt" something different, something tangible, something that I have not felt before in any of the churches I attended. That was evidenced to me in a huge way when a man stood up and admitted he was an alcoholic and wanted prayer. Others followed, giving testimony to their changed lives. WOW! Who DOES that? These are people who are broken, renewed, humble, open, and forgiving with servant attitudes. This is Gods church. Since that time, I continue to marvel at how God is working through His people. Prayer abounds and faith grows. All are welcome.

Why do I attend Wesley United Methodist? I attend Wesley because of how the word of God is delivered. Christ has blessed Wesley with a pastor who has an uncanny way of delivering Gods word and relates it to examples of our everyday life in such a manner that it’s more understandable for me.

Cindy Baker

At Wesley you can feel the presence of Jesus. It is that sweet, sweet, spirit that goes home with you, and you know it will be there the next time you return . That same sweet spirit comes through Pastor Blakes Sermons as well as the Worship Team. Gods anointing power has been placed on the people of Wesley and you can feel it. Love.. Love.. Love.. Wesley Church, 'where it is all about Jesus'.
